On this occasion the SPICES referred to are not culinary delights. They represent the multidisciplinary SPICES that interact to effect mind/body health, to enable well-being states to prevail.
Most of us become aware at some time or other, painfully perhaps, that without good health we cannot progress Socially, Physically, Intellectually, Career-wise, Emotionally, or Spiritually. Or, engage in reflective equalibrium. Without learning on how our interactions in life can affect our health we are unable to re-build our bodies. Hence, cannot hope to dominate life. Life will, in fact, soon dominate us.
'WELLNESS' is one concept, sporting many strategies to advance preventative health care practise. Put forward as a potential intervention, to innovate the NHS by acting as a model for self care practise, to enable healthiness. Engendered, by discussing a variety of medicinal arts from an Eastern, and Western perspective and practise premised, to help the individual acquire a better understanding on how to live a consistently healthy life, for the rest of their life.
